This notice describes the information GardenOps processes during the pilot, its purposes, who may access it and the choices available to users.

Data controller
During the pilot, the data controller is Haim Gabay, an Israeli VAT-registered sole proprietor operating GardenOps. Requests for access, correction or review of deletion may be sent to the support address.
Information we collect
- Account and identity details such as name, email, phone number and product role.
- Garden and service address details, requests, quotes, appointments, jobs and activity history.
- Technical and security information needed for authentication, abuse prevention, audit and troubleshooting.
- Language preferences and optional marketing consent.
How information is used
- To operate accounts and provide requested services.
- To share relevant information with the gardening business you joined and its authorized team.
- For security, fraud prevention, support, backups, monitoring and reliability improvements.
- To comply with law and handle requests, disputes or security incidents.
Sharing and service providers
Business information is separated between gardening businesses. Users see only information allowed by their permissions. Hosting, email, security and backup providers may receive the minimum information needed to operate the service, or information may be disclosed where legally required.
Some providers may process information outside Israel. Provider agreements and appropriate transfer mechanisms will be reviewed before the public pilot.
Cookies and tracking
The service currently uses necessary cookies for secure sign-in, sessions, attack prevention and language choice. Advertising and behavioural analytics are not active. If non-essential tools are added, an explanation and suitable choice will be provided before they are enabled.
Retention, security and user choices
We use access separation, encryption in transit, backups and audit records. No system is completely secure, so access and stored information are limited to service needs.
Users may request access, correction or review of deletion, subject to applicable rights and retention duties. A final retention schedule must be approved before the public pilot.
