Service operator
GardenOps is operated by Haim Gabay, an Israeli VAT-registered sole proprietor. Service, account and product-use enquiries may be sent to the support address.
The service
GardenOps helps gardening businesses manage customers, teams and service work. During the pilot, features and service areas may change and maintenance may interrupt availability.
Submitting a service request is not an order and does not guarantee a price or appointment. A commitment is created only through the quote and approval steps shown in the service flow.
Accounts and information
- Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
- Keep passwords and verification codes private and report suspected unauthorized use promptly.
- Do not misuse the service, mislead others, bypass permissions or submit unlawful content.
Gardening businesses and field service
Each gardening business manages its own customers, quotes, appointments and jobs in a separated workspace. The business is responsible for professional field work, agreed pricing, staff availability and the laws that apply to its activity.
GardenOps is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional if there is a risk to people, property, infrastructure or trees.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Key pilot activity is monitored manually and confirmed defects will be addressed.
Content in the product is not professional, safety, legal or accounting advice.
Changes and ending use
These terms may change with the service. Material changes will be shown before they apply to new use. Access may be limited for unsafe, unlawful or unauthorized activity.
Israeli law applies. Final legal wording must be approved before a public pilot opens.
